What did I receive? (part 1)

New new new!
Earlier I received a couple of other dvds, including Mushishi (based on a manga, starring Odagiri Joe, Aoi Yu and others). The box for Mushishi looks great, really happy with this purchase. The movie itself is another story, there are points that are suitable for improvements. I expected a little bit more of this movie when they announced there would be a Mushishi live action movie. But the dvd box makes up for everything. Lately I also received the dvd for My Brother.

I will not review Mushishi or My Brother anytime soon, this due to my busy schedule and there are so many movies to review. But for now I will write a review for the higly anticipated new Iron Man movie (which I announced before).

My mail...
One week passed, no dvd. I was almost starting to think some stole it, because I usually receive things within a week (when it comes to Yesasia). Wednesday, finally my comedy movie arrived. And this after two weeks after ordering it from Yesasia.
It seems to me that it takes more and more time before you can get any mail and packages. I do know that this was sent from Germany, but two weeks? I mean, I live next to Germany!

While TNT for example has clearly stated that they will deliver packages and letters within a certain time in the same country, they seem to fail to keep this promise lately. I for example had waited for certain items, that were sent from a retailer in this country, for over a week.

TNT has a Track and Trace site for people who are eagerly checking the status of important packages. Another problem with TNT is that they occiasonally state that packages are delivered, while in fact people didn't receive anything. Oh, trying to address this problem to TNT? Well, I wish you good luck then, as they (1)don't see a problem, (2)if they do understand there is a problem, they'll politely apologise and say they can't do much for you (even though your package has a tracking code). In all fairness, TNT isn't that bad as they do deliver mail on time most of times and their Track and Trace site does work for most of the packages.

I'd say that TNT sucks but Royal Mail in the UK are equally as bad, if not worse.

I don't have much experience with Royal Mail. I sometimes order some things from the UK, so far these things are usually delivered within a week.

But I do know about an article stating Royal Mail sold the so called 'lost' packages. This was discovered after a man has found his item (back) on Ebay (the item was an unique piece).
